Someone got me a mac book for my birthday not knowing that I already have one. I can’t return it. So I’ve decided to give it away! It doesn’t matter what country you’re in. A winner will be randomly selected. All you have to do is follow me and reblog this post. The contest will end on February 5th.  :)

  • I think i’m annoying you
  • I think i’m bothering you
  • You might not even answer and i’ll feel like an idiot
  • You’ll reply really late meanwhile, I text back hella fast

Yeah, I think that’s it. That’s…

We can all….

Make resolutions for ourselves…

Every person can say “my resolution for 2011 is to _____”

Sad part about that is the amount of people who stick to their resolution for the entire 12 months of the year is incredibly low….

An overweight person can say “I am going to visit the gym 3 times a week and go on a strenuous diet in 2011 and lose all of my extra weight….”

Until January 15 (being generous) comes around and that same person is sitting on their couch watching reality television shows and eating an entire 2-layer cake…

A different person can say that they’re going to quit smoking cold turkey as soon as January 1 arrives…

Well… That is until January 27 when they give in to nicotine withdrawals after killing 3 kittens and smoke 3 packs that day…

These are just the 2 that I hear a lot…

Well…

These don’t work because what is the difference in a year?

Just because a calendar year ends and another begins it is like a lifelong event?

Wrong.

The average lifespan of an American is 78 years old…

Cut say…. 8 out to know what a resolution is

So you are then left with 70 years of resolutions…

You can’t stop smoking every year for 70 years..

You can’t lose your “extra” weight for 70 years..

Not to mention that in this 70 years, why does the new year have anything to do with your motivation?

Speaking for myself…

I don’t have this sort of resolution…

If I lose weight, that’s great..

But if not, I am alive.

I am healthy…

I don’t smoke so the other doesn’t effect me..

Here’s the real point of this post…

Why do people make resolutions like these?

The idea of making these things is that you will stick to whatever you are vowing to do as long as you can…

Mid-to-late January is not as long as you can…

So why not make a resolution that you can keep?

Like me…

I have had the same resolution for the past 3 years…

To become a better, happier me…

Know how many times I have let myself down on that one?

Not once..

As there are always ways to improve yourself…

To improve your happiness…

That’s all I have to say for right now…

Anyway, one of the admins. (sofiapizza.tumblr.com) Wants to get rid of a few Xbox 360 games. So probably about once a month, starting now, he’s going to get rid of a few games.

It’s going to be a random game from his collection so there’ll be a nice surprise. All you need to do is reblog this…
